These cannot be switched off — the platform does not function without them.

• Authentication session: keeps you signed in across pages and devices you have authorised.
• Anonymous requirement session: a random identifier that lets us hold your draft brief before you create an account, so a page refresh does not discard your work.
• Security and load-balancing tokens set by our hosting provider.

• Your last selected journey — Buy, Rent, Sell or Rent Out — so the advisor opens where you left it.
• Interface preferences such as dismissed notices.

We use privacy-respecting aggregate analytics to count page views and understand which journeys are completed. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or third-party retargeting pixels.

You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage will sign you out and discard any unsaved requirement.
